This wonderful ideal inspired the establishment of the New Civilization
Initiative as a vehicle to introduce workable solutions to Southern
Africa's spiritual, organisational, societal, marital and individual
problems. Many of these solutions were authored by L. Ron Hubbard
and NCI is dedicated to Ron and other men who have dared dream
of a better world and then acted on those dreams.
